Before the business and duties of our day begin, this is our quiet moment with the Lord. Let us hear the Lord speak these words to us in the silence of our hearts:
“I give you My Spirit, the very same Spirit through which I rose from the dead. It is powerful and capable of working miracles beyond your most wild imagination. But you need one thing to use My Spirit to heal others, to forgive others, to witness to My Name, and that one thing which you most need on this earth is faith, that is, trust in Me. The more you trust in Me, the more you believe in Me, the more you are willing to suffer with Me, the greater power I give you. Literally, you can open the eyes of the blind, bring My peace to others, bring My joy to others, and even raise the dead through faith. Suffering patiently increases faith, faith increases My power in you, and with the power of My Spirit, you can set the world ablaze with My love.
But I ask you in all truth, when is the last time you witnessed My Power, such as opening the eyes of the blind, healing cancer, or restoring a marriage? When is the last time you felt My Kingdom come upon you? Do you think I do not yearn for you to experience My love? But while I do everything to encourage you to step out in faith, be bold, and know My love and power, there are obstacles in Your path. Many of you are busy with other things, many are afraid of what others might think, and many do not realize how much I love you and how far I will go to prove My love for you. If you doubt My love, look at a crucifix.
I ask you to be bold today, take a risk that will allow Me to show forth My Power and love. If you do, you will yearn for more, but fear not, I will satisfy you. I will not disappoint you.”
