Justin and Crissa Fruechte and Family

My husband and I discerned God was calling me to stay home and do a better job of having a joyful home. Like many others, I used the health insurance through my employer and wasn’t sure how we were going to make the transition financially. I heard an advertisement for CMF CURO on Catholic Radio one afternoon and went online to check it out. We trusted the ministry right away and moved forward with plans for me to stay home.

Since joining CMF CURO, we have learned so much about the health care industry and began praying more intently for health care needs of our family and others. I am truly grateful to be a more informed patient and consumer of the health care industry. We both were surprised at the difference of cash pay verses commercial prices that health care providers charged. We love the process of having the understanding, decision-making, and control of our health care in our own hands and then having the option to ‘“bear one another’s burdens and so fulfill the law of Christ” (Galatians 6:2). But most important, we love helping others when they need medical support. After joining CMF CURO, my husband and daughter both had serious accidents that required medical attention. The experience of allowing others to share your burden was so profound! I love sending my check and note to someone every month, and it is so uplifting to receive prayers, notes, and shares. Praise be to God!

Our family has also grown with another daughter recently, and the maternity process through this ministry is downright amazing. It is way better than commercial insurance from a monetary standpoint. Plus, you have Christians throughout the country praying for you and your little one, too. All in all, I continue to let family, friends, and the Body of Christ know about this option of living out our faith. CMF CURO is thumbs up around here!
